Can I cancel before the end of the first month?
If you opt to pay on a monthly basis (total $2000), we can cancel your payment before it occurs. There are no refunds once a payment has processed.
Can I get a refund if I pay up-front?
Yes, you would have to request the refund within 30-days. Each lesson you've already had will be counted as $200 and be subtracted from your refund total. However, the goal of the lessons to enable you to improve your level and enable you to achieve success, this should not be your go to lesson package to 'see how it feels'. Spots are very limited, for respect to other students, the instructor, and your time, please only sign up if you are committed to your ukulele whether you are a hobby player or wanting to be professional.

If I don't use my 1on1 sessions this month can I get a refund?
This is a customized coaching program where your success is key, all issues in attending lessons can be discussed during your program and via email mustafa@mkfingerstyleacademy.com . Our aim is not to capitalize on you missing lessons but instead to give you the best possible experience to achieve your goals. Your success is our success!
Can I reserve a spot now, but start at a later date?
Yes, in case you have commitments in the immediate future, you can reserve your spot now (there are limited spots available) and start within a month of signing up. We can discuss this in the Meet n Greet step of the program.
Can I pause my program in case of holidays or emergencies?
Yes, in case you have commitments in the middle of the program, you can pause the program and resume it when your commitment is over. This flexibility is reserved for work commitments, travel, or emergencies. You can pause for a week or two, if you need to be gone for longer, consider stopping the program all together. Best to discuss this during your Meet n Greet step of the program.
Which one is better, weekly lessons or bi-monthly lesson?
It depends on your goals, level of commitment, and type of results you want. Bi-monthly lessons are ideal for adults busy with work and family commitments but can still practice consistently throughout the week. Weekly lessons are for those who practice regularly and are involved with the instrument/music on a more frequent level than your average adult student. From experience, bi-monthly lessons are better for 99% of students.
